The provider is Cosmic Studio, represented by Matthieu Compérat, sole proprietorship (raison individuelle), registration in progress, 1224 Chêne-Bougeries, Switzerland. Contact: support@gocosmic.dev.

The mockup and the review of your current website are free and commit you to nothing. They are prepared from the information you send us.

The subscription is confirmed in writing after a first conversation, once your needs (pages, options, changes) have been defined together. It takes effect when the site goes live.

Two plans are offered: “We take care of everything”, where we make the changes you email us, and “You stay in control”, which includes an editing tool to publish your news and opening hours yourself, along with a news section.

Subscription prices are those shown on the Services & pricing page at the time of subscription, based on the options chosen. Billing is monthly, quarterly or annual, whichever you prefer.

Guidance, team reinforcement and custom projects are billed at the day rate or on a quote, provided before any work starts.

All prices shown are excl. VAT; VAT at the applicable rate is added on the invoice.

Prices in euros (EUR) apply to businesses not domiciled in Switzerland. For businesses domiciled in Switzerland, prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

The subscription has no minimum term and can be cancelled every month, as long as it includes nothing subscribed for 12-month periods: the “You stay in control” plan, domain name management, an email address or an option marked “1-year commitment” in the simulator.

As soon as one of these is active, the subscription runs in 12-month periods, renewed automatically, to cover the registration of the domain name and the email address, and the setup of the editing tool and of the options concerned.

You can switch to the “You stay in control” plan at any time. Switching back to “We take care of everything” takes effect at the end of the current 12-month period, as the editing tool cannot be removed before then.

You can add an option at any time; it takes effect from the next billing period.

The number of pages, the domain name, Swiss hosting and the main email address cannot be removed once active, because each one is a commitment made on your behalf (pages built, domain registered, mailbox opened). The frequency of content changes can be adjusted up or down.

Options marked “1-year commitment” (news section, English version, local search follow-up, visit statistics and detailed measurement, AI-assisted articles, extra mailboxes and redirects) are subscribed for 12-month periods and can be removed at the end of a period. The rhythm of the articles can be lowered with one month's notice.

The other options (contact form, online booking, customer reviews, site monitoring) can be removed with one month's notice.

When an option is removed, the content that goes with it disappears from the site, for example the news section and its posts, or the English version.

By default, your website is hosted in the European Union. If this location does not suit you, you can ask us for hosting in another country; we will then tell you whether it is possible and at what price.

You can cancel at any time in writing. The site stays online until the end of the current paid period (end of the month for a subscription with no minimum term, end of the current 12-month period if it includes something subscribed for 12-month periods).

You leave with your content and your domain name.

Your texts, images and domain name belong to you from day one. The site's code is transferred to you free of charge after 36 months of subscription. Before then, it can be transferred for a fee that depends on the remaining time.

For a one-off project, the code belongs to you from delivery.

You provide the texts, images and information needed to build or update the site. Announced timelines start once we have received them.

We set up your legal notice and privacy policy from the information you provide; you read them over, approve them and remain responsible for them.

Cosmic Studio takes reasonable steps to keep the site available, without being able to guarantee that it will never be interrupted. If a prolonged outage is caused by Cosmic Studio, the period concerned may be extended by the same length of time.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Swiss law for clients based in Switzerland, and by French law for clients based in France. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any legal action; failing that, the competent courts are those of the client's place of residence.

In all other cases, Swiss law applies and the courts of the canton of Geneva have jurisdiction.
