The mockup and the review of your current website are free and commit you to nothing. They are prepared from the information you send us.

The subscription is confirmed in writing after a first conversation, once your needs (pages, options, changes) have been defined together. It takes effect when the site goes live.

Subscription prices are those shown on the Services & pricing page at the time of subscription, based on the options chosen. Billing is monthly, quarterly or annual, whichever you prefer.

Guidance, team reinforcement and custom projects are billed at the day rate or on a quote, provided before any work starts.

The subscription has no minimum term and can be cancelled every month, as long as it does not include domain name or email management.

As soon as either of these two options is active, the subscription runs in 12-month periods, renewed automatically, to cover the registration of the domain name and the email address.

You can add an option at any time; it takes effect from the next billing period.

The number of pages, the domain name, Swiss hosting and the email address cannot be removed once active, because each one is a commitment made on your behalf (pages built, domain registered, mailbox opened). Only the frequency of content changes can be adjusted up or down.

You can cancel at any time in writing. The site stays online until the end of the current paid period (end of the month for a subscription with no minimum term, end of the current 12-month period if it includes a domain name or an email address).

You leave with your content and your domain name.

Your texts, images and domain name belong to you from day one. The site's code is transferred to you free of charge after 36 months of subscription. Before then, it can be transferred for a fee that depends on the remaining time.

For a one-off project, the code belongs to you from delivery.

You provide the texts, images and information needed to build or update the site. Announced timelines start once we have received them.

Cosmic Studio takes reasonable steps to keep the site available, without being able to guarantee that it will never be interrupted. If a prolonged outage is caused by Cosmic Studio, the period concerned may be extended by the same length of time.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any legal action; failing that, the competent courts are those of Cosmic Studio's registered address.
